Case study: international interlaboratory method validation study – Arxula Yeast Estrogen Screen

Results of an international interlaboratory method validation study carried out by QuoData have been published. 

Under the title “Validation of Arxula Yeast Estrogen Screen assay for detection of estrogenic activity in water samples: Results of an international interlaboratory study” a method validation study to determine the precision and robustness of the A-YES® is presented. The A-YES® is an effect-based assay for detection of endocrine-active substances. The outcome of the validation study is incorporated in an upcoming ISO standard on determination of estrogenic potential of water and waste water.
